Policies
Please read the following IMPORTANT information. You will be asked to agree to our policy terms before you register for a workshop.
Only registered workshop guests will be permitted into the workshop area. Because of workshop size, available seating and fire code, we are limited to the number of people allowed in the workshop area.
Registration: Project selection and any customization information is required at the time of booking. Please be sure to double check your spelling and information to ensure your project stencil and materials will be ready for you at the start of class.
Arriving on Time: We ask that you please arrive on time for your scheduled workshop so that we can start on time. Anyone arriving later than 15 minutes after the start time will not be allowed to enter the workshop. Unfortunately, reservation fees are non-refundable. Please contact us if you are running late.
Because of time constraints and the way our workshops are structured, we can only allow each person to make ONE project per workshop. If there are multiple designs you would like, may we suggest finding a friend to purchase a spot and make it for you.
Food & Alchohol: YOU MUST be at least 19 years old to consume alcohol provided at our Sip & Paint nights. Please feel free to non-alcoholic beverages and food with you to the workshop.
DIY & Tools: You will be using zero VOC acrylic paints and water based stains! Please come dressed appropriately.
Workshop Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our workshops, registration fees are non-refundable. Registration cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of your workshop will be granted FULL class credit for a future workshop. This credit must be used within 90 days for the exact project you had signed up to create. Unfortunately, we are unable to grant a class credit for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice, or no-shows. If unforeseen circumstances happen and you are not able to attend the workshop you are scheduled to attend, we suggest you find a friend or family member to come in your place so that you do not lose the registration fee you paid.
Due to staffing considerations, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 4 attendees, in which case you would be given the option to attend the same class on another date, or given a full refund.
Project Change Request: Please note, the design you choose at registration will be the design you receive the night of the workshop. Please check your spelling. No changes may be made once your order has been printed. We would be happy to accommodate your request for a design change for a $10 stencil re-cut fee, payable at the start of your workshop.
Custom Design Request: We love making new designs! We would be happy to design a custom stencil for your project. There will be custom design fee e for any custom designs. Please contact us for more info.
