Please read the following IMPORTANT information.

Only REGISTERED workshop guests will be permitted into the workshop area.

The price for the workshop is PER PERSON, not per project.

Registration: Project selection and customization information for your project is required at the time of booking. Please be sure to double check your spelling & information to ensure your project stencil and materials will be ready for you at the start of class.

Arriving on Time:  We ask that you please arrive on time for your scheduled workshop so that we can begin on time. Anyone arriving later than 15 minutes after the start time may not be allowed to enter the workshop. Registration fees are non-refundable. Please contact us if you are running late.

Due to time constraints and the way our workshops are structured, we can only allow each person to make ONE project per workshop. If there are multiple designs you would like to create, may we suggest finding a friend to purchase a spot and make it for you, order DIY KIT or attend another workshop at a later date.

Food & Beverages:  Please feel free to bring food and any non-alcoholic beverages with you to the workshop. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the studio!

DIY & Tools:  At some of the workshops you may be using zero-VOC acrylic paints and water-based stains .

Cancellation Policy:  Due to the custom nature of our workshops, registration fees are non-refundable.  If you cannot attend the workshop and give us 48-hour notice you will be able to attend the same workshop and complete the same project within 90 days OR we can offer to pack your project as a DIY Kit and you will be able to complete your project at home. We are unable to grant a class credit for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or for no-shows.

If unforeseen circumstances arise and you are unable to attend the workshop you are registered for, we suggest you find a friend or family member to come in your place so that you do not lose your registration fee.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops if registration is below 4 attendees, & you will be given the choice of rescheduling or a refund in the event that this happens.

Project Change Request: Please note, the design you choose at registration will be the design you receive the night of the workshop. Please check your spelling. No changes may be made once your order is placed. We would be happy to accommodate your request for a design change for a $10 stencil re-cut fee, payable at the start of your workshop.  

Custom Design Request:  We love making new designs!  We would be happy to design a custom stencil for your project for an additional charge. You can order your custom design HERE.

Purchaed DIY Kits are non refundable or exchangeable.
