When will I be charged?
The first purchase of your subscription box you will be charged on the purchase date. Every month it will be charged on the same day you first purchased the subscription. eg. If you purchase March 3rd, your next payment will fall on April 3rd...etc.

What is the shipping cost and where do you shop?

We shop only in Canada and our flat rate shipping for the DIY Box subscription box is $14. You can choose to pick up from our store in Kelowna BC to avoid shipping fees.

When will my order be shipped?

The DIY Subscription box will be shipped on the 1st of the month. *Exception: If Shipping date falls on a Sunday/Monday or Holiday, all boxes will be sent or available for pick up on the following business day.  

How long is the commitment?

You can cancel at any time after your first subscription. Simply login to your Rustic Chalk Decor account and cancel the subscription.
